If you enjoy a beverage ever so often, keep your cash at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your handbag, your wallet, and leave all cash, plastic credit and chequebooks at home. Only take only the money you anticipate to spend on refreshments, tips and whatever pocket change you anticipate to lose and leave the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Not by any means. Just realistic. You could experience a success following a drunken evening out with your friends and be blessed enough to hook a 25 minute toss at a smokin craps table. Don’t forget that adventure because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink and wager. The two simply do not go well together.

Leaving your moolah out of the casino might be a little excessive, but precautionary measures for drastic behavior is required. If you gamble to succeed, then do not drink alcohol and bet. If you like to be wasteful with your assets nary a concern, then consume all the no charge booze your stomach can handle, but do not pack credit cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of following losses after your bombed head loses everything!

Allow me to take this 1 step more. Don’t drink and then head on the internet to gamble in your preferred online casino either. I love to cocktail from the comfort of my apartment, however considering that I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit at my fingertips, I can’t drink and bet.

How come? Although I don’t drink to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s absolutely sufficient to cloud my judgment. I gamble, so I do not drink alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. Both make for a decimating, and costly, cocktail.
